Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance, and private and institutional financing.

  • Development, planning, implementation, review, evaluation, reporting and conclusion of the projects including securing resources and necessary budget.
  • Develop the project management approach including training needed for the project team, reporting structure of the project, frequency of interaction between managers and resources, the number and frequency of team meetings, and the need for and the extent of involvement of external project stakeholders.
  • Providing administrative support to the project teams.
