TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This competition is open to South African citizens aged 18 years or over.
2. This competition is not open to any director, employee, agency, prize sponsor or contractor of Proudly South African or their agencies and members of their immediate family; or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their immediate family members.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Various competitions/quizzes will take place on the Proudly SA 2021 Buy Local Summit & Expo platform (www.buylocalsummit.co.za) for the duration of the event (8 March 2021 to 10 March 2021), with various closing dates/times as indicated per competition.
5. The rules of the competition are as follows:
   Entrants will be given either one of two mechanisms per competition.
   1. The first mechanism will involve finding various icons/logos on the platform and answering the question/s provided
   2. The other mechanism involves taking part in an online poll to stand a chance of winning a prize
6. Proudly South African and any prize sponsors reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control and shall not be liable in anyway whatsoever to entrants in such event for any cause or action whatsoever.
7. The prizes are as follows:
   3 x R1500 vouchers redeemable on www.rsamade.co.za
   2 x Mobicel smartphones
   1 x HiSense Soundbar
   1 x Defy Microwave
   1 x Slumberland Moonlight bed
8. Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.
9. Proudly South African reserves the right to alter rules or prizes at their own discretion. Such altered rules and prizes shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by Proudly South African. No entrant shall have any recourse against Proudly South African as a result of the alterations of the rules or prizes.
10. Winners will be chosen as follows:
    Winners will be selected by a random draw of all correct entries submitted as at point 5 above
11. The winner/s give consent to have their photograph, full name, and province published/broadcast publicly on any media platform/s identified by Proudly South African at its discretion.
12. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Winners use and accept prizes at their own risk. Proudly South African and the prize sponsors (and/or their respective agencies) cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilizing prizes won.
14. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
