I am a seasoned Senior Banking and Finance Executive who has serve in different Senior roles within the Banking industry. I am a passionately driven Executive, who is recognised for my continuous high perfomance in business transformation and business development. I have been able to transfer this experiences into new efforts regardless of any geography I operated into.

Prior to my new role as the Group Managing Director: Group Managing Executive for Small, Medium Business at Absa Group, I previously served as the MD: Regional Managing Executive for KwaZulu-Natal and Mpumalanga as well as Gauteng and Limpopo, where I was responsible for transforming and delivering the banks retail, business, private and wealth banking.

I am extremely work focused and highly driven. I lead from the front and have delivered results consistently (often in new settings/geographies). I have the ability to identify business opportunities successfully. I lead by the conviction that a team can achieve more than an individual.
